Included is an OTS MAP, not a custom performance tune. Drunkmann Tuning’s enhanced Custom OTS STG1 mappings specifically upgrading your stock 2022 WRX. This Custom OTS Maps is for E30 use only. If interested in using complete pump gas at any time you will want to purchase that OTS MAP as well.

This solves all the false knock issues, cleaner boost targeting, 6500rpm rev limiter, optimized throttle mapping and MAF scaling. This tune produces more power at the wheels over the Cobb OTS and +50 over no MAP at all; however, not at quite the level of our custom tuning options.

Make sure to update the AP first, and when you move the map if it says it doesn't match the installed vehicle just hit "Yes" to move it. It will flash like normally and upgrade the firmware on the ECU.

The best OTS tune out there.

I normally don’t write reviews but this tune is so good that I could not keep it in. For context, I have a 2023 Subaru WRX Limited 6MT with a Perrin intake. I was previously running the Cobb OTS 93 tune (the one that came preloaded in the Cobb AP) and I was constantly getting over -2.05 Feedback Knock and Fine Knock Learn. My DAM dropped a couple of times and although it went back up to 1.00, it was enough for me to purchase this OTS tune just to be safe.

DMann’s E30 OTS tune is simply outstanding. FBKs and FKLs are solid at 0 and DAM is steady at 1.00 with no drops. The throttle response seems crisper and the power delivery is very smooth. My “butt” dyno says I easily gained 30-40whp over the Cobb OTS tune. If I had to guess, I’m probably making between 325-340whp which is insane for just an intake, E30, and an OTS tune.

I decided to go E30 instead of a higher ethanol percentage because I’ve researched that these cars’ stock fuel systems are not meant for full E85. Even E50 is pushing it (longevity-wise) so I wanted to be on the safe side.

I highly recommend buying an ethanol test kit ($15 on Amazon) and test your local fuel stations. The gas station by my house tested their “E85” at 71% so I had to calculate about 6 gallons of it to convert and about 4.5 gallons of it for subsequent fill ups. There is an E85 calculator app in the App Store for iPhones/Androids that make the calculations a breeze. Many E85 stations will vary with their ethanol content so you should be testing frequently.
