It features a spacious 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister that more effectively separates oil from the PCV system upstream of PCV gasses’ return to the intake system. Featuring a heated cast aluminum housing, exceptional venting, and a distinctive baffle design, the IAG AOS outshines the competition. Compatible with all fuel types, our AOS not only prolongs engine life, but enhances crankcase ventilation, and works seamlessly with standard ECU calibrations. The IAG AOS is designed for maintenance-free operation. Unlike conventional catch-can systems, our Air Oil Separators do not require regular draining or upkeep. Oil that has been separated accumulates on the inner walls of the AOS canister and gradually flows down by gravity, returning to the engine's crankcase. Our advanced heating system keeps the collected oil free from sludge, ensuring it can be safely reintroduced back into the engine. The large volume canister of this Air Oil Separator allows for oil to drain back gradually, eliminating the risk of overflow that smaller catch cans may pose.
