Our Return Policy

Any returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized. This can be requested via email at sales@felixperformance.com
All sales are final on the following: electrical, special orders, wheel & tire packages that are mounted & balanced, body parts, aerodynamic parts, fluids including oils, internal engine parts, discontinued parts.
No refunds or credits on any parts having evidence of being installed. Once a part is installed, regardless of the circumstances, it is not returnable.
There is minimum 10% fee for canceled orders (orders that are canceled before they ship). These are fees we are charged directly from the credit card/loan/payment processors.  
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any returned items as well as undeliverable items. You will be responsible for all shipping fees, original shipping fee is nonrefundable that you may have received for free meeting the free shipping minimum. Refunds will be issued once received and inspected to be in all original packaging and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued to original payment method. Purchases made with gift cards will be issued store credit.
